We now offer a full reproduction dash pad for the 1972–1980 Chevy LUV, designed for original dashes that are cracked, warped, or no longer restorable. (IMPORTANT NOTE: Speaker grill not included and unfortunately not available)

This is not a dash cap and not a repaired original. It is a complete replacement dash pad engineered to replicate the original shape while improving durability and long-term stability.

Construction & Materials

Each Chevy LUV reproduction dash pad is manufactured using:
• Fiberglass substructure for strength and dimensional stability
• High-density foam padding to replicate the original dash profile and firmness
• Thermally vacuum-formed dash vinyl for an OEM-style surface and grain

This construction eliminates the common failures seen in original foam and vinyl while maintaining a factory-correct appearance.

Custom Configuration Options

Because Chevy LUV interiors vary, we offer multiple configuration options:
• Cut out speaker area and radio opening
• Eliminate both speaker and radio areas for a clean dash layout

Please specify your preferred configuration when ordering so the dash is produced correctly for your build.

When a Reproduction Dash Makes Sense

A reproduction dash pad is the right solution when:
• The original dash is cracked beyond repair
• Foam has deteriorated or collapsed
• Warping has affected fit and windshield alignment

This reproduction provides a buy-once solution without the compromises of caps or patch repairs.
